Sure, we could have a stuffy, four-paragraph mission statement that talks about 'using best practices to provide actionable, profitable, enterprise-wide hosting solutions for resellers and agencies,' but that just isn't us. We prefer to tell it like it is.
So here's our mission statement:
To provide high-quality hosting, at a reasonable price, with excellent customer service...and to make a bit of money while we're at it.
That's it. We want to give you technologically sound web hosting that gives you peace of mind that your sites are always up and running. We want to do this at a fee that's affordable enough for you or to make some money if you want to refer/resell to others. We want to handle any issues that arise—technical questions, billing concerns, or anything else—quickly and to your full satisfaction.
And while we'd like to be doing this whole hosting business out of the goodness of our hearts, we're not as adept at picking Powerball numbers as we are at hosting—so the last part of our mission is the part that other companies usually leave out...the part where we admit that we're also interested in making a few bucks for ourselves. It's the truth. You know it, and we know it, so why not say it?
We’ve been around since 1998 and recently acquird by WebWorx Corporation to better serve our customers. In Internet years that works out to roughly half a century. So why are we still around when so many hosting companies have either changed focus, been bought out, or failed? Simply put, because we’re profitable and committed to our clients. From our humble beginnings in 1998, the company has remained privately- held and commercially-viable, a status we plan to keep.
“Thank you for your timely solution. As always, the crew at Expert Host comes through and makes it right! Yay team!”
